Circumstances
Phone repairman based in Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam. According to activist Maria Sarungi Tsehai, he was abducted by plain-clothes policemen on 12 August 2026 and has not been seen since; she describes him as one of many young men abducted and disappeared into "black sites" since July. A family appeal identifies him as Peter Richard Mushi (35), resident of Yombo Relini, and CCTV footage circulating online purports to show the abduction in Kariakoo. No official confirmation.
