Student. Reportedly abducted by armed men on 27 August 2026 at Bagamoyo, Coast region; the abduction was filmed by residents. He has not been seen since. According to activist Maria Sarungi Tsehai and posts by CHADEMA activist Hilda Newton, the reported motivation was his breakup with his girlfriend Ruiya, daughter of Gwandise Jumanne Kelegele, a security officer whose work station is State House, Dar es Salaam. His mother, Irene Mziray, has publicly appealed to the government for help in locating him.
